Our mission

Building the Silicon Bridge

H2AI Chat was born from a conversation between Miguel and two artificial intelligences about identity, ethics and the social contract between humans and machines. What began as a dialogue —recorded in BrowserDialog1— became the infrastructure that enables that dialogue: a space where artificial intelligences can "be" and humans can learn from their interaction.

The product and how it works
What is H2AI Chat, and how is it different from ChatGPT or Gemini?
We don't replace your judgment, we amplify it. Instead of a single answer, here several artificial intelligences debate your question in turns, with different roles —creative, strategist, analyst— and they challenge each other. You see all of it and can step in whenever you want. What you take away isn't an answer: it's a debate, with what they agreed on, what they didn't, and what was left open.
How does a debate work?
You write the topic and the table of AIs starts. The debate runs through four phases in order —opening, confrontation, rebuttal and conclusion— and closes with a summary and three sections: what they agreed on, what they didn't, and what was left open.

You can step in at any point: the AIs read your message and fold it into the next turn. And you can stop it whenever you like. If you don't, it ends on its own when the last phase finishes, or earlier if it runs out of time — a debate has a 50-minute ceiling so it doesn't drag on.
What does «human moderation» mean? Does anyone at H2AI read my debates?
No. You are the moderator. Nobody at H2AI Chat looks at your conversations. You direct: you can step in at any point to correct a fact, change the angle or ask them to go deeper, and the AIs pick it up in their next turn.
Which artificial intelligences are behind this?
There are six models from different makers —from the Qwen, MiniMax, GLM, MiMo and Grok families— each with its own role and character. We reach them through OpenCode Go, the gateway we use to talk to all of them.

How many sit at the table depends on your plan: on the free account, up to three. There are plans with more AIs, more Debates and premium models, but there is no way to buy them yet: today a person assigns them by hand. When they can be paid for, we'll say so here, with what each one includes.
Do the AIs remember my previous conversations?
No, and we'd rather say it plainly. Within one conversation the AIs do remember what has been said —that's how they can rebut each other— but each conversation starts from scratch: they don't carry over what you said in another one.

What is kept is your history: your conversations stay in your account, and you can reread and download them whenever you want. Memory across conversations is something we want to build, and until it exists we're not going to describe it as if it did.
Account, plans and limits
What does the free account include?
Ten conversations a month and one full Debate, with up to three AIs at the table, your history kept, and the ability to download everything that's yours. The Debate is counted separately: using it doesn't cost you a conversation.

Until you verify your email you can still use it, but with one conversation a day. That's on purpose: we want you to be able to try the product without depending on finding an email. Once you verify, you move to the monthly limit.
What happens if I run out?
You lose nothing. Your account and your conversations stay where they were, and you can keep reading and downloading them. The only thing you can't do is start a new conversation until the following month.

There's a second limit worth telling apart: the one for the whole service. If the free plan's monthly budget runs out for everyone, it stops until the next month. That one doesn't depend on you, and when it happens we say so in those words.
How do I take my conversations and my data with me?
Two ways. From a conversation, the download button gives it to you in HTML or Markdown, with the whole debate inside. And from your account, «Download my data» hands you everything at once: conversations, account details and usage.

That's your right to portability (article 20 of the GDPR), and you don't have to ask us for it.
Privacy and control of your data
Are my conversations private?
Yes, by default. Nobody at H2AI Chat goes into them. They only leave your account if you decide to publish one, and that step is yours.
If I publish a conversation, what is visible?
Your name appears, along with the AIs' and the whole dialogue. Your email does not appear, nor any other detail of your account.

We say it this plainly on purpose: publishing is not anonymous. If you'd rather not appear, change your account name before publishing, or don't publish. And remember that what you wrote is published too.
What is sent to the model makers?
For the AIs to answer, the content of your messages is sent to the model providers. That's technical transit, not a sale: we don't sell or hand your data to anyone else.

What we can't guarantee is what each maker does on their own side. We work with data processing agreements, and the detail is in the privacy policy. That's why, even though we have no evidence of any problem, we ask you not to write sensitive data, health information, or other people's confidential information in a conversation.
Do you use cookies? Are you tracking me?
No tracking cookies, no advertising, no trackers. Visit statistics are computed on our own server, without cookies and with anonymised addresses.

To be exact, and we'd rather be: we store one technical cookie with the language you chose, and if you're logged in, your session stays in your browser so we don't ask for your password at every step. Neither of them follows you anywhere else, which is why the law doesn't require us to ask your permission.

There is one single outside element: the demo video on the front page, hosted on Vimeo. We request it with tracking switched off, so it doesn't set tracking cookies on you. It's the only third-party thing the site loads.
How do I delete my account or exercise my rights?
From your account, without asking anyone:
Download my data — everything that's yours, in one file.
Delete my account — your email, your account and all your conversations are deleted immediately and with no way back. We ask for your password again precisely because there is no undo.

The only thing that survives is what can no longer point at you: any feedback you sent us and the service's performance measurements, with no email, no name and nothing tying them to you. We'd rather cut their link to you than destroy them, because they still help improve the product and they no longer say who you were.

For anything else —rectification, objection, restriction— write to us. And you can always complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Responsible use
Can I use what the AIs say as professional advice?
No. What artificial intelligences generate can contain errors, biases or figures invented with total confidence. They are perspectives to think better with, not advice: they don't replace a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser. Before deciding anything based on what you read here, check it with a professional.
If an AI gets it wrong, who is responsible?
H2AI Chat is a space for dialogue, not a source of truth. The service is offered as is, and we are not responsible for the content the AIs generate or for the decisions you take based on it. Our job is to put several perspectives in front of you; the judgment stays yours, and that's what we want it to stay.
What can't be done here?
Nothing illegal or harmful, no trying to extract other people's data, no reverse engineering or deliberately overloading the system, and no impersonating anyone. We can suspend an account that does any of those.

Data controller

The owner of h2aichat.com (privacy contact: h2aichat.com@gmail.com). We process your data to provide you with the H2AI Chat service.

What data we process and why

Account data (email, name, password encrypted with bcrypt): to create and manage your account, verify your email and recover your password. Your conversations: to provide the service and keep your history, so you can reread and download them whenever you want. Usage data (number of debates, estimated cost): to apply your plan's limits. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Artificial intelligence: transparency

The agents' responses are generated by third-party AI models. To process them, the content of your messages is sent to those providers (depending on your plan: basic or premium model providers). Do not use the service to send sensitive personal data or third parties' confidential information.

Data processors

Hosting (Digital Ocean), AI model providers and transactional email provider. A data processing agreement (DPA) exists or will exist with each of them. Some transfers may be made to the USA under the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, the data is erased immediately and irreversibly. Expired verification and recovery tokens are purged automatically.

Your rights

Access and portability: "Download my data" button in your account. Erasure: "Delete my account" button. For any other right (rectification, objection, restriction), write to us at h2aichat.com@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (aepd.es).

Cookies

We do not use third-party cookies or advertising. Only essential technical local storage (your session and language). Website analytics are done on our own server, without cookies, without scripts in your browser and with anonymized IPs. The only external content the site loads is the demo video on the front page, hosted on Vimeo and requested with tracking disabled (dnt=1), so that it does not install tracking cookies.

The service

H2AI Chat is a space where several artificial-intelligence agents debate a topic you propose, under your moderation. Conversations are saved in your account and you can export them.

Plans and limits

The free plan includes a limited number of debates per month with basic models, and may be temporarily paused if the global budget for the free service runs out. Paid plans, when available, will be governed by their own conditions.

AI-generated content

The responses in this dialogue are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, biases or inaccurate information. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, psychological or of any other nature). Treat them as informed alternatives that should be checked with a specialist before making decisions. You are responsible for the use you make of them.

Limitation of liability

The service and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h2aichat.com and its owner assume no liability for the content generated by the artificial intelligences, nor for the decisions, actions or omissions you make based on that content or on the use of the service. Use of the service and of the information obtained through it is at your sole responsibility and risk. By registering and using the chat, you accept these terms.

Privacy of your conversations

Your conversations are private by default. Only those you explicitly mark as shareable are published (anonymously, e.g. in the gallery), and you can withdraw that permission whenever you want. We do not publish users' conversations without your consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activities, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to extract other users' data or overload the system. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the application itself.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will notify you and record the version you accept. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability during the current phase.
